On behalf of the Caribbean Women in Leadership Trinidad and Tobago (CIWiLTT) National Chapter executive and our membership at large, I take this opportunity to warmly welcome you to our community of sisters. Established on 1, July 2020, CIWiLTT is one of nine National Chapters across the region in the CIWiL network. Caribbean Women in Leadership (CIWiL) is a regional flagship networking organization, committed to advancing transformational leadership and increasing the number of women in leadership and decision-making in political and civic life, proportionate to the female population of each Caribbean country. With sister chapters in St. Kitts and Nevis, the Bahamas, Antigua and Barbuda, St. Vincent and the Grenadines, Belize, St. Lucia, Grenada, and Jamaica CIWiLTT aims to create a sustainable, impactful and efficient women’s leadership base and to achieve gender equality through advocacy, networking, research and capacity building. CIWiLTT is therefore directly subject to CIWiL's Constitution, By-Laws, Chapter Policy, and the Regional Board. Each of our members pay annual dues and attends meetings to maintain their membership status and we look forward to your participation in our ongoing projects and training activities, outlined in your new members’ e-packet.
