With the cycle lane going right past the CRL Victoria Street entrance is it possible to take bikes into the station?

You are able to take your bike into stations and on trains, there are accessible carriages that have more room for things like bicycles, wheelchairs, and pushchairs.

What is the timing for Albert St (Kingston St block) to have footpaths etc remediated?

The urban realm works will begin at the end of 2022 and will run generally from north to south – from Wyndham Street to Wellesley Street / Mayoral Drive. Overall urban realm completion is planned for mid-2024.

Questions/feedback to Auckland Council and Auckland Transport following presentation •

Can you please talk about your approach to planning for mitigating impact on local businesses during construction?

Construction isn’t scheduled until early 2023, and Auckland Council and Auckland Transport are looking to develop their work programme and sequencing with Link Alliance to better mitigate construction impact to the surrounding community, including aligning with the different works in the area. Auckland Council are also looking to build on the level of service in the Development Response space that Link Alliance and Heart of the City have been offering in the area.
