Item Welcome Introduction to Community Liaison Group (CLG) meeting. - Here to provide an update on utility works, community engagement activities, DWPs for stages 1 – 3 (as discussed at previous CLG) and introduce the Delivery Work Plans prepared for stages 4 and 5 of the utility works for Aotea. - All summary documents for the Management Plans have been provided to CLG attendees review prior to this meeting. -We are in the early works stage which involves locating and moving utilities, there are 5 stages to these works. Last CLG meeting we discussed and held a roundtable feedback session on the work plans for stages 1 – 3, changes were made and these are now with Council for approval. -This session today is to discuss and hold a roundtable feedback session for work plans for stages 4 and 5. 03
Aotea Station update – Utility works - Update on utility works – investigations and relocations, and related activities including CCTV investigations, building condition surveys, monitoring system installations. - Staging plans were shown for stages 4a, 4b and 5.

Aotea Community update - Update on stakeholder meetings and progress on issues, engagement with new stakeholders through SIBD and noise and vibration plans for stages 4 & 5, Weekly drop in sessions are now running on Tuesday evenings at the Wellesley Centre, first Business forum will be held on 9th October and the Development response strategy is being finalised.
