Contract 2: Public Realm Reinstatement Overview • Urban design of Public Realm Reinstatement (PRR) was completed in 2017.

• Outline Plan for the PRR is expected to be submitted to Council for review in July.

• The first section of public realm reinstatement works is anticipated to begin in November 2018.

Traffic and Urban Realm – Lower Albert Street • Purpose: address the impacts of construction on transport, pedestrian safety and amenity, parking and property access and set the framework for the Temporary Traffic Management Plan (TTMP).

• Associated with the PRR phase of the construction works on Lower Albert Street that are not covered in the existing Delivery Work Plan.

PRR works on Albert Street (between Customs Street and Wyndham Street) remain consistent with the existing Delivery Work Plan.
