Designation Condition 10 requires Outline Plan(s) to be prepared and submitted to Auckland Council (AC). These Plans can be submitted at the same time or in parts

An Outline Plan for the construction of the project along Albert St was authorised by Auckland Council on 1 June 2016
•
This group had input into the development of the Delivery Work Plans (i.e. traffic, noise and vibration etc) that supported this Outline Plan
•
A further Outline Plan is required for the permanent public realm reinstatement works along Albert St
•
As part of this, an Urban Design Delivery Work Plan is required to be prepared and submitted to Council. This group has been asked to review and provide feedback
Urban Design Delivery Work Plan •
Provides the details of how the public realm will be reinstated following the completion of the CRL construction in Albert St.
•
Its objective is to enable the integration of the CRL’s permanent works into the surrounding landscape and urban design context
•
The works must be developed in accordance with the urban design principles that are included in the CRL designation conditions. These include: • Mana Whenua principles • Movement and connections (pedestrian focus) • Public realm and landscape
The role of this group in the Outline Plan process Review Delivery Work Plans, in this case the Urban Design DWP, as representatives of the community and potentially affected parties and provide feedback Questions or feedback can be provided tonight or by Friday 18 August by emailing Carol Greensmith carol.greensmith@cityraillink.govt.nz In addition, we will continue to keep in touch via the project website, e-updates, etc.
