A Levels

With a range of courses on offer – many of which are different to those available at school – we can help you study the subjects that interest you and the combination that best suits your plans for your future career.

You will study three A Level subjects in-depth across two years of the course to gain full A Level qualifications.

You’ll also have access to wvSixth – our refurbished sixth form centre which is solely for our A Level students. Pass rates are high, and many of our students go on to university or into employment.

I haven’t got the grades to do A Levels! If you want to do A Levels in science but haven’t got the right grades for the subjects you want to study, the Access to A Levels programme will give you the opportunity to study a range of GCSEs, including English and maths, so that you can progress to A Levels next year.

I want to study A Levels and a Level 3 qualification at the same time We know that doing three A Levels might not always be the best combination for your future career, so we offer three Level 3 qualifications that can be studied as part of your study programme.

You can opt to combine one A Level with two Level 3 options, or two A Levels with one Level 3 option
