A rt in the park
The Parks and Recreation Commission will be sponsoring an evening to explore the Arts here in Windcrest. The event will be held on Saturday evening, March 18 from 6pm to 9pm at the Community Center in Takas Park. The event promises to be fun for everyone including couples, families, and 4-legged friends. To explore the culinary arts there will be a food truck court with great meals, live music, artist exhibitions, an Artisan Gallery featuring handcrafted items, opportunities for kids to create their own art, photo spots and a one of a kind chance for pets to create their own art pieces. If you are an artist and would like to exhibit or like to participate in the Artisan Market, you can contact the coordinator, Scott Lee-Ross at Scott.M.Ross66@gmail.com.
