THERAPEUTIC ENRICHMENT CLASSES
These teacher/therapist-led classes provide the perfect place for all children to practice skills in a natural, social, accommodating, & affordable environment. These classes are not billable to insurance or meant to replace individual therapy.

A dynamic yoga class for kids featuring age-appropriate yoga poses and meditation and mindfulness exercises. Students build strength, flexibility, focus, and self-awareness, while learning how yoga and mindfulness can help them manage stress, stay grounded, and feel confident in their bodies and minds Adult participation is optional

A great class for students with an active imagination, budding stars, and kids that like to move! This class focuses on exploration and creative play, developing public speaking, performance, creative problem solving, and collaboration skills. Adult participation is optional.
Students will engage with introductory improvisation techniques and games to build performance & quick thinking skills. Working as a troupe, participants will play a variety of improv games, hone their craft, and be able to put on their own group improv show. Adult participation is optional.

A playful, process-based art class that blends creativity with purposeful movement, supporting communication, sensory exploration, & fine motor development through fun, hands-on art activities. It's the perfect space for little ones to express themselves, build foundational skills, and create beautiful messes Adult participation is required.

This interactive class is designed for parents & caregivers looking to transform tummy time from a chore into a delightful bonding experience. Through songs, gentle exercises, and creative use of toys & props, you'll learn how to keep your baby happy and engaged while they build essential developmental skills. Join us for singing, dancing, and instrument playing! Prospect Music Therapy's Licensed, Board Certified Music Therapist will lead the group in musical experiences that support communication and social development Adult participation is required.

This unique class creates differentiated learning experiences for young children (birth-6 years) to practice using motor-speech principles of learning to target functional vocabulary & expressive language growth in a social setting. Adult participation is required.

Join us each week as we welcome guests from the Arlington Heights Memorial Library and other local libraries to share their favorite stories, guided rhymes, music, and movement activities. Adult participation is required.

Come relax and spend time with our certified therapy dogs from Homegrown Therapy Dogs. Families are welcome to stop in, pet, and enjoy their calming company. Optional dog-themed activities will also be available for added fun!

PARENTSOF CHILDRENIN THERAPY:
We understand how challenging it can be to find time for yourselves AND an appropriate caregiver for your child.
Use this weekly gathering as a time to connect in-person with other caregivers/parents in the community who have children in therapy. This super-casual time together will provide opportunities for socializing, learning, and creating helpful resources Everyone is welcome!
PLUS, if needed, volunteers will be available to supervise your child(ren) in our playroom at no cost additional cost to you, so you can enjoy some much needed respite.
