BANNER PROGRAM

The City of South El Monte is proud to honor the brave men and women who are currently serving in the United States Armed Forces (Air Force, Army, Coast Guard, Marines, or Navy) through the Active Military Banner Program. The program is designed to honor and support active-duty military personnel that reside in or have immediate family living in South El Monte.

The military banners recognize the service member, with their name and branch of the United States Armed Forces on the front and back of each banner. The banners are displayed on the light poles by City Hall along Santa Anita Avenue. The cost to display each customized banner is $50; financial assistance is available.

Applications for the Active Military Banner Program are available on the City’s website at cityofsouthelmonte. org/273/Active-Military-Banner-Program.
