I’m pleased to share the latest updates from the Sanger Economic Development Corporation This quarter has been marked by continued progress as we work to attract new opportunities, support local businesses, and build on the momentum of Sanger’s growth.

Territorial Jurisdiction (ETJ). The property lies on the west side of Sam Bass Road, just north of the FM 455 and Sam Bass intersection. The project includes 17, 1 acre lots.

Chapman Crossing

This planned residential commu spans approximately 68.209 acre along Belz Road, west of North Stemmons Freeway. The development is projected to inclu approximately 296 single-family along with 11 HOA/open space lo and 612 multi-family units. Minim home sizes within the communit will range between 1,300 and 2,000 square feet.

EDC Staff Engages with Developers

The Sanger EDC staff recently met with PNK Developers to discuss potential opportunities for collaboration on a large property within the city. Conversations focused on how this site could support future development that aligns with Sanger’s long-term growth strategy and community needs By engaging with developers early in the process, the EDC is working to ensure that projects are thoughtfully planned and positioned to bring lasting value to residents, businesses, and investors alike. This meeting is one of several proactive steps being taken to attract quality development and highlight Sanger’s strengths as a growing and competitive community

Windhaven Estates is developing 195 acres located on Marion Road just north of FM 455, across of the new Sanger High School. The development will consist of 30 large residential lots, with lot that are .40 acres and above. This will be a gated community.

Lois Road Estates master planned development is located along Lois Road E and will include approximately 784 single-family lots.

On Wednesday, September 10, the Sanger EDC was proud to co-sponsor the Lunch with Community Leaders event, hosted by the Sanger Education Foundation. The event brought together local leaders and stakeholders to strengthen partnerships that support both education and economic development in Sanger.

The Sanger EDC Staff is proud to share that this past month, the Sanger EDC helped sponsor the Leading the Lone Star State: Texas Women in Public Service Summit hosted by Texas Woman’s University! Our team of women from across several City departments attended this inspiring event-and it was a wonderful day of networking, learning, and celebrating women in leadership. This inspiring event highlighted the impact of women leaders across Texas and encouraged the next generation of women in public service. We’re honored to support initiatives that empower leadership, strengthen communities, and celebrate progress.
