Sanger EDC Staff Attends TEDC Annual Mid-Year Conference
SEDC staff recently attended the Texas Economic Development Council (TEDC) Annual Mid-Year Conference, joining economic development professionals from across the state to discuss industry trends, workforce development, and strategies for supporting growing communities During the conference, the Sanger Economic Development Corporation was honored to have its Sanger Workforce Achievement Grant (SWAG) program recognized as a finalist for the TEDC Workforce Excellence Award.
EDC Staff Networks with Other EDO’s
SEDC staff recently had lunch at Tinman Social in Little Elm with other Economic Development Officials in Denton County The lunch provided an opportunity to connect with regional economic development professionals, exchange ideas, and gain insights that support continued growth and success in Sanger.
SEDC Participates in National Small Business & Economic Development Week
During National Small Business and Economic Development Week, the SEDC created a social media campaign highlighting the businesses, entrepreneurs, and community partnerships that help drive Sanger’s growth. The campaign recognized the contributions of small businesses and promoted the important role economic development plays in creating opportunities for residents and businesses alike We are proud to celebrate the people and organizations that make Sanger a thriving place to live, work, and do business.
Shani Bradshaw Attends ICSC Las Vegas
Sanger EDC Director Shani Bradshaw recently attended the annual ICSC Las Vegas conference, one of the largest retail and commercial real estate events in the country. The conference brought together developers, retailers, brokers, and economic development professionals to discuss industry trends and explore new opportunities for growth
Attending ICSC Las Vegas allows the Sanger EDC to promote the community to potential retailers and developers, build valuable industry relationships, and stay informed on the latest trends shaping commercial development These connections and insights help support Sanger’s continued growth and position the community for future investment opportunities
Birchway Sanger Construction is Complete and is Now Leasing

Local Business Programs
Property Enhancement Incentive Program
All businesses in the City of Sanger are eligible.
The program provides grants in the form of reimbursement for up to $10,000 for eligible improvements to business facades
Participants are eligible for up to one grant in a twelve-month period from completion of the previous grant. Applications are available online at: wwwsangertxedc org

All business owners and entrepreneurs in the City of Sanger are eligible.
The Sanger EDC will produce one free video within a twelve-month time frame.
Videos are shared with the business owner and posted on the EDC social pages
Business owners are encouraged to use them to promote their business.
