In this edition you can expect:

Territorial Jurisdiction (ETJ). The property lies on the west side of Sam Bass Road, just north of the FM 455 and Sam Bass intersection. The project includes 17, 1 acre lots.

Chapman Crossing

This planned residential commu spans approximately 68.209 acre along Belz Road, west of North Stemmons Freeway. The development is projected to inclu approximately 296 single-family along with 11 HOA/open space lo and 612 multi-family units. Minim home sizes within the communit will range between 1,300 and 2,000 square feet.

Sanger EDC Welcomes Morgan Miller as Economic

Development Coordinator

We are excited to welcome Morgan Miller as our new Economic Development Coordinator!

Morgan brings a strong background in marketing, earning her Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Stephen F Austin State University In addition to her marketing expertise, Morgan also brings valuable experience in economic development, having interned with the Little Elm EDC for three summers. In her free time, Morgan enjoys reading, spending time with family and friends, and is a devoted dog lover. We are thrilled to have her on board and look forward to the energy, insight, and dedication she brings to the Sanger EDC team

Windhaven Estates is developing 195 acres located on Marion Road just north of FM 455, across of the new Sanger High School. The development will consist of 30 large residential lots, with lot that are .40 acres and above. This will be a gated community.

Lois Road Estates master planned development is located along Lois Road E and will include approximately 784 single-family lots.

City Approves First Public Improvement District (PID)

The City Council recently approved the City’s first Public Improvement District (PID), marking a major milestone in local development The PID encompasses approximately 306 acres located north of Belz Road and will support the Elada Planned Development This project includes around 234 acres designated for 1,057 single-family homes, along with 71 acres set aside for parks, open space, and community amenities

pBradshaw, Director of Economic Development, has officially earned the Certified Texas Economic Developer (CTED) designation – the highest mark of professional achievement and credibility for economic development practitioners in Texas. Mrs. Bradshaw is among the first group of professionals to complete this distinguished program, reflecting her dedication to driving strategic growth and strengthening economic opportunities in our community.

Sanger Economic Development wins the 2025 TAMIO Award of Honor

The City of Sanger is proud to announce that the Sanger Economic Development Corporation has received the 2025 Award of Honor from the Texas Association of Municipal Information Officers (TAMIO) in the category of Flyers and Posters – Population Under 75,000. This prestigious recognition highlights the department’s outstanding work in creative design, effective communication, and community engagement through print materials. The award-winning flyers and posters have played a key role in promoting economic initiatives and keeping the public informed. Congratulations to the Economic Development team for their continued excellence in representing Sanger and for setting a high standard in municipal communications!
