Housing Permits
In fiscal year 2023-2024, the City of Sanger issued a total of 104 single-family residential permits. This slight rise in permit activity indicates a steady demand for housing in the area. While the growth is gradual, it reflects ongoing development and a stable housing market in the city. As Sanger continues to expand, permit activity may rise further, supporting the expectation of continued housing demand in the coming years.

The city’s sales tax revenue for fiscal year 2023-2024 totaled $3,303,000, exceeding expectations by $278,066 (9%) compared to the previous year, reflecting strong economic growth and consumer spending.
