Property Enhancement Incentive Program

Are you a business in the City of Sanger that is looking to enhance your existing site visually or in ways that increase the viability of your property for business use? This program provides grants in the form of reimbursement up to ten thousand ($10,000) for eligible improvements to facades in the City of Sanger. Participants are eligible for up to one (1) grant in a twelve (12) month period from completion of the previous grant The Program’s grant application process is administered by the City of Sanger’s Economic Development Corporation – applications and program guidelines are available online at www.sangertxedc.org. The Texas Economic Development Council (TEDC) announced the recipients of its annual Economic Excellence Recognition program for 2022. The awards were presented on Friday, February 24th, during the TEDC’s 2023 Legislative Conference in Austin, Texas. The award is given to economic development organizations that achieve a defined set of requirements in training, certifications, development activity, and community partnerships. Sanger was one of (54) economic development organizations throughout the State of Texas that received the TEDC’s 2022 Economic Excellence Recognition.
