TO BETTER SERVE ITS customers, the City of Sanford partnered with Victoria Forms to offer online applications for water and sewer services.

Previously, customers were required to visit inperson to complete water and sewer service requests. They also had to visit in-person to request a hydrant meter and to apply for water/ sewer taps, meter sets, and sewer cleanouts.

With the new partnership, customers are able to apply for all water and sewer services online. The forms allow them to complete the entire process, including submitting all required documentation and paying deposits, from anywhere.

While the Victoria Forms partnership began before the coronavirus pandemic, it became crucial due to the public health crisis.

“We started with only utility services, but expanded to include engineering services to help protect both our employees and our customers,” says Financial Services Director Beth Kelly.
