A FREE fun family program that will encourage learning through literacy, play and engagement. Taking the best parts from the City Of Salisbury’s long standing Giggle Time and Story Time programs, ‘Read, Play, Learn’ will provide positive literacy learning opportunities and experiences for children aged zero to five years in a library setting.

Story Time is a wonderful way to introduce your child to books and reading. It allows children under five to hear rhymes, stories and language and broaden their creativity and imagination. Each week (during school terms) a Story Time session is held at your local branch.
Giggle Time Parents or carers of children up to two years of age can have fun building early literacy skills through sharing books, songs, finger plays and rhymes. The experiences that children have in their early years shape their development, ability to learn, social skills and self-esteem.
