Santa Train
Breakfast With Santa and Snow Day

As it has for nearly 40 years, the Santa Express Christmas Train will bring joy, apples and candy canes to the kids of Paramount all over town from December 10 through 13. The engine, gingerbread-house boxcar, sleigh car and caboose will travel every neighborhood in the City with Mr. Claus and his team of elves. An average of 25,000 kids and their parents (mostly kids) come out for the chance to talk with Santa over the four days and nights. It has been a delight for generations of Paramount children, and continues to be.
Santa Claus once again is coming to town and hauling in 100 tons of snow with him to create a winter wonderland in Paramount Park on Saturday, December 15 from 8 a.m. till noon. Breakfast With Santa and Snow Day will feature a pancake meal, a chance to share gift requests with St. Nick, and playtime in a field of white without having to make a trek to the North Pole (or even Big Bear).

There will also be crafts, prize giveaways, entertainment and a train ride. Come and see the sights and sounds of Christmas and join Santa in a jolly “Ho Ho Ho” as part of this beloved community custom.
Admission for the breakfast that day is $4. There will be $1-off coupons at the Christmas Train earlier that week. Also, as of Nov. 26, $3 tickets will be available for purchase at STAR Program afterschool sites on all Paramount campuses. On Snow Day, Santa will be available for photos for a nominal charge.
