It’s that time of year again when local businesses can achieve two goals in one evening – helping Paramount students go to college while promoting your name as a sponsor or prize donor at the Paramount Education Partnership’s 11th Annual Scholarship Fundraiser.
This year’s theme is “A Night in Casablanca.”
PEP has given 181 scholarships worth more than $500,000 to local students over the years who are attending a university, community college, or trade school. For some of these students, the funds have made the difference in whether or not they could continue their education. For all recipients, it has been vital assistance.
The generosity of the Paramount business community has made these dreams of going to college become a reality.
This April will provide a fresh opportunity to boost another group of individuals who are working to improve their education and forge a bright future.
There are many opportunities for businesses and individuals to sponsor and donate to the event. All donor businesses will receive publicity in a variety of venues for taking part.
All donations will be made to the PEP 501c3 non-profit entity, and are tax deductible.
Your donation is an important investment in our community.
If interested in sponsorships or other contributions, please contact Suleyma Rosales at (562) 220-2121 or srosales@paramountcity.com.
The evening of good fun and great food will be on Friday, April 25, from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at Progress Park Plaza, 15500 Downey Avenue.
