“Paramount Today” Offers State of the City Report to Residents
The Paramount City Council will present “Paramount Today: A Report to the Community” on Thursday, March 11, at 7:00 p.m. at Progress Park Plaza. The talk and slide show, given by City Manager Linda Benedetti-Leal, will review past and current accomplishments in the City, as well as future plans for our town.

Census to Arrive in Mailboxes in March
Better healthcare. Better schools. Better roads. All that is within your reach when you fill out the U.S. Census form and mail it back when it comes in March. Ten simple questions. Ten minutes that will help decide how more than $400 billion in Federal funds gets dispersed to your community every year.
All census information collected is confidential, protected by law and used for statistical purposes only.
The U.S. Census Bureau does not ask about the legal status of respondents in any of its surveys and census programs.
By law, the Census Bureau cannot share respondents’ answers with the FBI, the CIA, Welfare, Immigration, or any other government agency. No court of law, not even the President of the United States, can find out respondents’ answers.
Census workers can be identified by the official Census Bureau badge they carry. They will never ask for bank or Social Security information.
