Pothole In Town? Let The City Know With Free Phone App
Now you can use your smart phone to help keep Paramount clean and tidy.
Paramount Works is an app available for free downloading from iTunes or Android. It’s an easy way to report maintenance issues you may encounter around town so City staff can attend to them ASAP.
Simply open Paramount Works on your phone and hit the “Report New Issue” button. This will take you to the “New Issue” page where you will select from a list that includes such things as sidewalk repair, potholes, graffiti, shopping cart, street light out, etc.
To make sure everything is completely clear, you can add an explanation in the “Comments” section and/or attach a photo. (The app will automatically detect the location via GPS, or you can manually enter an address, or point it out on the map. Identifying yourself is optional.) Hit “Submit” to send. And pat yourself on the back for helping out. Download the app by scanning the QR codes below.
Paramount Works also offers a list of the City’s important phone numbers and provides access to the Code Enforcement webpage.
If you prefer to relay the same information through a computer rather than a phone, visit www.paramountcity.com and click on “Request Service” at the top of the homepage.
