Please join us for Pack the Park on July 19th where some of our favorite food trucks; Came’s Tacos Y Mas, Wild Bill's, and Happy Camper, will be serving delicious food while Lilo and Stitch plays!

Stay late with us on August 3rd for Late Night Swim! The pool will stay open past normal hours until 11:00pm! Be sure to light up the night at our concession stand with glow sticks, necklaces, and bracelets!

Wee Ones:

Six months to three years of age. Children between 6 months and three years old are included in the parent's Fitness Pass.

Wiz Kids:

Four years old to eight years of age. Children between 4 years old and eight years old will need to purchase a Youth Fun Pass.

PICKLEBALL (ALL AGES)

Mon, Wed & Fri: 9am-1pm

Sunday: 1pm-5pm

Pickleball is an indoor or outdoor racket/paddle sport where two players, or four players, hit a perforated hollow plastic ball over a 36-inch-high net using solid-faced paddles. Opponents on either side of the net hit the ball back and forth until one side commits a rule infraction.

OPEN COURT BASKETBALL (ALL AGES)

Four courts of basketball available for all ages to play full games, mini games, or shoot hoops as preferred. Available During All Business Hours

GAME ROOM (ALL AGES)

Available During All Business Hours

Air Hockey Table, Ping Pong Table, Foosball Table, an All Ages Pool Table, and an Adults Only Pool Table

CLIMBING WALL (ALL AGES)

Mon - Fri: 5pm to 8pm

Sat: 9am to 5pm

Sun: 2pm to 5pm

A 20FT Climbing Wall for all ages to attempt, with two sides of varying difficulty.

BINGO (ALL AGES)

Third Thursday Every Month at 6:30PM

Packet Packages are $3, $9, OR $12

Daubers are available for $1 Per Dauber

Bingo! Join us for a fun game for all ages! Prizes are $25 for regular games and $50 for blackout games

AARP DRIVERS SAFETY COURSE (AGES 15+)

July 10th 2024 from 8:00AM - 3:30PM

Registration Required.

$20 for AARP members and $25 for non-Members. paid to instructor day of class. Ages 15 and up. Refresh your knowledge on the basics of driving safely.

BUNCO (AGES 18+)

The 1st and 3rd Monday of Every Month

At 6:15PM

$3 Cash to Play.

No Registration Required. Bunco is an easy and fun dice game, that we will teach you how to play!

MONDAY GAME NIGHT (AGES 18+)

Every Monday at 6:15PM

Each week will feature a different game. The first and third Monday night of each month will be dedicated to Bunco.

TRANSPORTATION FOR 55+

We provide transportation for our monthly trips. Such trips include local shopping as well as educational, nutritional, and social trips. Participants will need to sign up for the trips - limited seating available on a first come first serve basis.

Available on the First and Third Wednesday Every Month at 9AM. Gas donations accepted. Town Center Transportation

SINGO BINGO 55+

First Tuesday Every Month at 10:30AM

Free to Play

Singo Bingo is a bingo game with a twist we will play clips of oldies music and you mark out the song title on your bingo paper

55+ ART CLASS

First Tuesday Every Month at 9:30AM

Specific supply costs will be announced each month. This art class focuses on socializing while working on their art projects and giving each other feedback. Bring your own supplies to class and a tablecloth to go under your art project.

FITNESS CLASSES

Barre

Instructor(s): Kelli

This class uses the ballet barre and your own body weight as you are guided through poses from the instructor.

Boot Camp

Instructor(s): Candi, Lauren, or Amber

Class consists of a variety of drills, weight training, and jumping. It utilizes a wide variety of equipment.

Body Sculpt

Instructor(s): April or Nicole

This is a low impact muscle toning class that utilizes a variety of weights.

Body Sculpt Kid Friendly

Instructor(s): Janiece

This is still a body sculpting class as described in "Body Sculpt" with the option to let your child come an play on the toddler toys provided while the adults work out in class. Kids are optional and people can come without a child.

Cardio Sculpt

Instructor(s): Jaime, Nicole, or Reagan

This class has strength circuits as well as cardio routines (exercises that raise your heart rate).

Cardio Mix

Instructor(s): April

This class focuses on building muscular and cardiovascular strength along with endurance. Some easy to learn choreography is included.

Dance Fusion

Instructor(s): Zetty

Learn Choreograph dance routines to great music, incorporating all sorts of different dance steps such as Salsa, Cha Cha, Waltz, Swing, Charleston, Rumba, Bachata, and many more! You'll get a workout for the mind as well as the body!

Fit Beginnings

Instructor(s): Laura or Shannon

Class has a longer warm up, low impact cardio moves, and extended cool down Great for beginners Some have a dance flair while other classes have a Tabata style so we recommend trying the different classes

Fit and Strong

Instructor(s): Shannon

Designed for those with a lower body joint pain, stiffness, and osteoarthritis. Class utilizes ankle weights (optional).

LIIT

Instructor(s): Angela or Melissa

LIIT stands for Low Intensity Interval Training which is less intense and more gentle that a HIIT class. The moves will be less strenuous to your joints, ligaments, and tendons.

HIIT

Instructor(s): Janiece

High Intensity Interval Training that involves short, challenging bursts of activity with rest or moderate to low activity in-between

High Fitness

Instructor: Brittany

High Fitness produces a High caloric burn and full body toning through its carefully formulated choreography that alternates between cardio and toning tracks.

Hip Hop

Choreographed dance routines with fun music.

Kickboxing

Instructor(s): Michelle

A non-contact workout that uses punches and kicks thrown into the air.

Kettlebells

Instructor(s): Candi

A kettlebell is a round weight with a handle. This is an interval class that utilizes the kettlebell to build strength.

POUND

Instructor(s): Laura

Using Ripstix, lightly weighted drumsticks engineered for exercise, transform drumming into an effective work out You need a yoga mat for this class

Power Class

Instructor(s): Nicole or Angela

This is a 30-minute class that is high intensity and uses free weights, resistance, and body weight.

Tai Chi

Instructor(s): Todd

Tai Chi is a low impact and stress reducing exercise with the goal of balancing heart, mind, and body using gentle flowing movements and breathing techniques to cultivate a kind of moving meditation.

Yoga

Instructor(s): Kristen or Angela

Yoga is a gentle way to improve your posture, balance, and coordination. Yoga is the practice of physical exercise, breath control, relaxation, positive thinking, and meditation aimed at developing harmony in the mind and environment.

Power Yoga

Instructor(s): Kristen or Angela

Power Yoga is a faster paced style focused on building strength and endurance.

Team Circuit

Instructor(s):

This class is located in the weight room and utilizes the weight room machines and equipment. Space is limited for this class and you must register for it at the front desk to attend the class. Cost is $40 on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 11:00AM or 12:00PM

NEED HELP LEARNING HOW TO USE WORKOUT EQUIPMENT?

Weight Room and Cardio 101

Tuedays at Noon or Thursdays at 6:00PM Please Register.

In this class an instructor will walk you through how to use the various equipment located in the weight room, upstairs cardio alcove, stretching area, and walking track.

Open to any age, but it is mandatory for ages 13 to 15 years old in order to access the above listed workout areas.

Session 2: June 17th to the 27th

For children ages 10 to 15

Learn basic lifeguarding skills, confidence in swim strokes, water rescues, CPR, and First Aid.

A great introductory to see if you are interested in the Junior Lifeguard Program

SWIM TEAM (BEGINNER)

Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays 9:00AM - 10:00AM

Participants demonstrate the ability to swim 25 Yards continuously using freestyle and back stroke. Starting June 3rd.

SWIM TEAM (ADVANCED)

Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays

8:00AM - 9:00AM

Participants demonstrate the ability to swim 50 Yards continuously and have advanced knowledge of freestyle, back stroke, breast stroke, rotary breathing and racing turns. Starting June 3rd.

Summer 2023 Session Dates:

Session 1: June 3 – June 13

Session 2: June 17 – June 27

Session 3: July 8 – July 18

Session 4: July 22 – Aug 1

Lessons run Monday through Thursday for 2 weeks and are 30 minutes long each day.

If you have a question or concern that the instructor or Aquatic Staff cannot address please call Heather Huff, Program Coordinator for Mustang Parks and Recreation at (405) 376-3411.

During Open Swim Up to 15 Children, the celebrating Birthday Child

Early Bird Prices are available April 1st through April 7th. Early Bird Prices for lessons are $45.00. After April 7th lessons will be $50.00 for each session/child. containers, Alcohol, or Watermelon.

A rental allows for 100 guests then each additional guest is $1 up to 400 guests.

June 20th - 7:30PM OR 8:15PM Free to Attend.

Join us for Free swimming lessons! WLSL is to build awareness about the vital importance of teaching children to swim to help prevent drowning. Registration is required for participants.

LATE NIGHT SWIM

August 3rd open until 11:00PM

$5 Per Person to Attend.
