Stay late with us on August 5th for Late Night Swim! The pool will stay open past normal hours until 11:00pm! Be sure to light up the night at our concession stand with glow sticks, necklaces, and braclets!

Pickleball is an indoor or outdoor racket/paddle sport where two players, or four players, hit a perforated hollow plastic ball over a 36-inch-high net using solid-faced paddles. Opponents on either side of the net hit the ball back and forth until one side commits a rule infraction.

This class uses the ballet barre and your own body weight as you are guided through poses from the instructor.

Class consists of a variety of drills, weight training, and jumping. It utilizes a wide variety of equipment.

This is a low impact muscle toning class that utilizes a variety of weights.

This is still a body sculpting class as described in "Body Sculpt" with the option to let your child come an play on the toddler toys provided while the adults work out in class. Kids are optional and people can come without a child.

This class has strength circuits as well as cardio routines (exercises that raise your heart rate).

This class focuses on building muscular and cardiovascular strength along with endurance. Some easy to learn choreography is included.

Learn Choreograph dance routines to great music, incorporating all sorts of different dance steps such as Salsa, Cha Cha, Waltz, Swing, Charleston, Rumba, Bachata, and many more! You'll get a workout for the mind as well as the body!

Class has a longer warm up, low impact cardio moves, and extended cool down Great for beginners Some have a dance flair while other classes have a Tabata style so we recommend trying the different classes

Tai Chi is a low impact and stress reducing exercise with the goal of balancing heart, mind, and body using gentle flowing movements and breathing techniques to cultivate a kind of moving meditation.

Yoga is a gentle way to improve your posture, balance, and coordination. Yoga is the practice of physical exercise, breath control, relaxation, positive thinking, and meditation aimed at developing harmony in the mind and environment.

This class is located in the weight room and utilizes the weight room machines and equipment. Space is limited for this class and you must register for it at the front desk to attend the class. Cost is $40 on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 11:00AM or 12:00PM

This tournament is hosted by USA Softball. This tournament is offered to the top 16u and 18u teams across the nation. The teams had to qualify for this tournament by playing in and winning other tournaments leading up to this event.
June 2nd to June 5th
This tournament is produced by Triple Crown Sports out of Fort Collins Colorado. This tournament is offered for 10u-18u and teams from all across the nation including Hawaii and Alaska come to play. The tournament runs during the NCAA Woman’s College World Series, the teams are able to purchase discounted tickets for their players to attend the World Series making for a great experience for young ball players.

This tournament is hosted by Mustang Youth Sports. This tournament is offered for t-ball – 14u. The tournament is ran on the same weekend as Mustangs fireworks show, where teams are encouraged to stay and attend the festivities.
July 16th to July 21st
This tournament is hosted by USA Softball of Oklahoma. This state tournament is offered to all USA registered mens and womens adult slowpitch softball teams in the state of Oklahoma only.

This tournament is hosted by Tuttle Public Schools. The tournament is offered to junior high softball teams in the central Oklahoma area.

Lessons run Monday through Thursday for 2 weeks and are 30 minutes long each day.
Early Bird Prices are available April 3rd through April 9th. Early Bird Prices for lessons are $45.00. After April 9th lessons will be $50.00 for each session/child.
