Beginning Monday, June 16th, turning left off N. Murphy Rd into the northern PSA driveway will be a no-no.

Building or replacing a fence? Before you start digging post holes like you're planting a flag on the moon, stop and call 811 It's free, it's easy, and it makes sure you’re not about to hit gas, electric, water, or other buried utilities A fence permit also ensures you're not building on your neighbor’s property, over easements, or breaking setback rules. Basically: it keeps your project legal, safe, and drama-free If your contractor shrugs it off? �� Time to find one who actually knows what they're doing

WALMART/MURPHYRD
A few years ago we revamped the cross access between the walmart and lowes shopping centers on north murphy road. We received several comments about how this has helped with accidents and we’ve noticed too!
several people mentioned they appreciate the hike/bike trails throughout the city, and some asked for more walkability.
