Due prior to the 1st session of each month. A Non-residents fee of $5 applies to all programs and classes, per transaction
REFUNDS
Refunds may be applied to your user account for future use. A refund will be made back to the same form payment that it was received All refunds will be made to the original payer only For a credit card refund, please allow 10 days for processing The 2% processing fee is non-refundable Check refunds may take up to 30 days to process. For a full refund, please make your request prior to the 2nd class meeting.
Residents are any person(s) who pays property taxes or receives a water bill from the City of Murphy. An ID or water bill is required for verification.
Children under 18 years of age must have a parent or legal guardian present to sign up for a membership.
Day Pass: Any supervising adult (18 or older) can sign for a youth or teen day pass.
Membership cards are required for facility access. Lost cards will result in a $5 replacement fee.
All children ages 12 years and under must be accompanied by an adult member 18+ years at all times to access and use the facility.
All athletic equipment is available for checkout with a membership card or a valid ID based on availability.

All instructors set a minimum number of participants required for the class to be held. To ensure your class is held, please sign up in advance so our instructors have an accurate count of the participants. Make-up days are at the discretion of the instructor. Instructors will communicate changes of days/times of classes to currently enrolled participants.

Assigned priority to select sports throughout the week can be found on the open gym schedule During our "MIXED SPORTS" days, our more popular sports will be given an allotted time frame for full-court privileges. Should there be no interest in that sport during the first hour of the allotted time, access will then be granted to the next sport of interest on a first-come, first-served basis We will then consider court reassessment at the top of the hour.

Reservations are first come first serve, with a paid reservation. Pavilion reservations can be made online at reconline.murphytx.org at least 24 hours in advance or in person at the Community Center at 205 N. Murphy Rd up to the day of the reservation. Reservations may be made up to one year in advance (limited to two consecutive years of reserving the same date). Time limit for reservation needs to include set-up and clean-up, so another group could be scheduled right after. Outdoor restrooms only located at Timbers Nature Preserve, Murphy Central Park, and North Hill Park. Bounce houses under 200sqft are permitted in the parks, larger bounce houses require a permit. Restrooms closed from November 30 - March 1 (or longer due to prolonged cold temperatures). Please report any maintenance issues or hazards to the Parks Maintenance team at 972-468-4352 or online on Murphy Connect.

After hours reservations are limited to one meeting per month per group, unless approved. Reservation availability may be limited due to staff hours and availability
Reservations for the MCC and MAC are made in-person at the Community Center on a first come, first serve basis
Reservations can be made 90 days in advance and must be made two (2) weeks prior to the requested date.
Each applicant must provide payment in full by check or valid credit card at the time the reservation is made
Reservation start and end times must include set-up and clean-up
Refunds may be issued, per contract agreements being met See reservation policies for more details
All changes to a room reservation must be made five (5) business days prior to the reserved date.
$15 non-refundable fee for Audio/ Visual equipment per room NO RESERVATIONS ON SUNDAYS-NO EXCEPTIONS
