WHO WE ARE? •
In 2008, we were the 1st facility developed to deliberately institute culture in the City.

Today we are part of (3) infrastructures of this type; joined by the freestanding Shirley Branca Memorial Park bandshell to the East and the Amphitheater at Miramar Regional Park to the West.

We are known as a performance space, a rental facility for both theater and banquet hall activities; as a destination for art gallery exhibitions , an environmental public art display by a nationally renowned Public Artist and a space with a botanical garden.
MCC PROGRAMMING & INITIATIVES Outside Rentals Promoter Events that are generated by outside entities. MCC Presents Utilizing the City’s presentation budget the City defines its cultural calendar by planning a season that starts annually from October to July. It includes both Family and commercial productions. Arts & Education Events and activities that programmed to engage school age children in the arts utilizing performing and visual aspects as a means to entertain and educate. Children participate through classes, fieldtrips and hand-on activities. Artwork Exhibitions Utilizing the Center’s Ansin Family Art gallery space on the 1st floor of the center, exhibitions are planned annually and strategically to acknowledge various heritage events and to support MCC Presents programming .
