Historic Miramar Innovation & Technology Hub Task Force Miramar Innovation and Technology Hub will create high quality workforce housing, an innovation and technology hub, and transit hub, commercial mixed

use, and open space that

integrates into the existing community and links the various surrounding public and private uses.


Historic Miramar Innovation & Technology Hub Task Force The Historic Miramar Task Force (HMTF) was designed to address neighborhood improvements that consist of lightings, landscaping, water pressure, code enforcement, mosquitoes, traffic, crime, sidewalks, liter, etc.


Historic Miramar Innovation & Technology Hub Task Force The Historic Miramar Task Force (HMTF)  The HMTF is managed by the City Manager’s Office  The HMTF is comprised of a member from each City department  The HMTF goal is to use a comprehensive approach in addressing issues within the residential area, with ongoing participation and input from the community  The HMTF is scheduled to meet in the residential area every two week to ensure that assigned task are accomplished timely
