THE RESULTS ARE IN: 2019 SENIOR SATISFACTION SURVEY
The Southcentral/Southeast Focal point conducted a survey for all our seniors, asking members to rank the quality of the programs. The questions pertained to the center’s recreation programs and their overall satisfaction. The survey’s goal was to inform program development to ensure services are relevant to our seniors.

of the members said the center had a positive effect on thier lives.

reported being more active since becoming a member.

would recommend the senior center to a friend or family member.

said they learned about services and benefits that improved their lives.

said their overall health improved by participating in the program.
