Noxious Weed Let's Pull Together Control Program Starting June 24 (until supplies run out)
Fridays 11a-12:30p 101 W. Forest St. FREE mixed herbicide, limited spray equipment, personal protective gear and safe-use instructions will be provided to pre-registered landowners within the City for their use. Spray is not the only way to rid your property of noxious weeds. For more information please call (208) 634-3006. Please be a part of the solution and join us as we improve our community.
State Idaho Noxious Weed Code 22-2407(1) states; “It shall be the duty and responsibility of all landowners to control noxious weeds on their land and property.” This code is enforced by Counties on behalf of the State of Idaho.

The City of McCall Parks and Recreation Dept. maintains 12 miles of pathways and 70 acres of parks and open space within city limits! We pride ourselves on clean, safe and accessible public spaces. Clean up after your pet when enjoying the trails and remember city beaches are dog free zones. A dog beach can be found north of the marina. REFUND POLICY Programs canceled by the city will be refunded 100% of program fee paid. This will not include online convenience fees. Refunds will not be issued for reasons of inclement weather cancellations; scheduling a make-up date will be considered but not guaranteed. Participant cancellations given in writing 2-week before beginning of program start date may be considered for partial refund.

$0- volunteer coaches (kid plays for free) Program format is super simple. The first 30 minutes is a team practice, the second 30 minutes is a game with the other team on the field. No scores are kept, just skill building and lots of giggles. Coaches will be referees, stopping game time for teachable moments. Team snack parents are always needed (and you can sign up during registration too). Players will need close-toed shoes or soccer cleats, and shin guards. Program fee includes team shirt and large group photo.

The rest of the season will be a 30 minute team practice/warm-up, followed by a 30 minute game! No scores are kept. No umpires, just lots of parent helpers guiding players to the next base. Team snack parents are always needed too. Players will need closed-toed shoes. Equipment is provided. Program fee includes team shirt, hat and team photo.

? know u o y Did The McCall mill whistle last blew at 12:00 noon on Oct. 28, 1977. Fast forward to 2020, when Artist Amy Westover was commissioned by the McCall Improvement Committee to create a working piece of art with the salvaged 8" Sinker Davis Co. steam whistle. Sound of an Era was inspired by the shape and texture of the iconic incinerator at the mill site. Portable steam generating equipment, operated by the City, connects to the sculpture for whistle blows at key times of the year. Keep in touch with special Mill Whistle events! 15
