Due to COVID-19, City facilities are closed to the public.

Who to Call for Assistance:

City Hall: Staff is still available to answer your questions and concerns at 972-218-1300 Monday-Friday from 8 a.m. -5 p.m. Utility billing staff is accepting payments online and over the phone at 972-218-1328. Or call 1-888-614-8279 to pay via automated system. Municipal Court: All jury trials and walk-in court has been postponed. You can call 972-218-1334 to make payments during business hours. Public Safety: You can enter the facility only to utilize the front desk phone to contact emergency communications. For all non-emergencies, call 972-218-2711. Library: Library resources are available online at http://www.lancaster-tx.com/149/Library-Services. You can still drop off, reserve, and check out items by calling the library at 972-218-1080 and utilizing the drive-up option. Recreation Center: All youth and adult activity is suspended. Please call 972-218-3710 to discuss possible refunds or a reschedule. Senior Life Center: All programming is postponed. Please call 972-218-3780. Airport: The airport terminal is closed, but staff is available by phone to provide services such as refuels and payments at 972-218- 1274. Animal Services: If you are wanting to adopt an animal, you are welcome to visit Animal Services. We are only allowing one person inside at a time to comply with the social distancing rule. Golf Course: The golf course is closed until further notice.
