This booklet is your guide to the regular programs, clubs and groups held at our four libraries. From Story Time and Rhyme Time for little ones to book clubs, craft groups, and tech help for adults, there’s something for everyone.
As well as the regular programs outlined in this booklet, Joondalup Libraries also host regular Discovery and Community sessions, Meet the Author events and other community events.

Children’s programs
At Joondalup Libraries, we believe every story is a seed that helps little minds grow. Our regular children’s programs, like Story Time and Rhyme Time, create a gentle, welcoming space where families can connect, laugh, and learn together.

Children can dive into exciting Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Mathematics (STEAM) activities that spark imagination, foster creativity, and build critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

These sessions nurture a love of reading, spark the imagination, and provide valuable opportunities for children to connect and socialise beyond the home.
Toddler Time ��

Coder Dojo ��

Explore the world of coding in a fun, supportive environment. Sessions run during school term. Bring your own laptop if possible.
Imagination Station ��

Junior Tabletop Games

Join a term-long adventure role playing campaign or play a new game each week with your friends – we have something for everyone.
Lego Club – Challenge, Create, Construct ��

Justice of the Peace (JP) service
This is a free service to the community and no appointment is necessary. If you need certified copies of documents, bring the original and the copies to be signed. Some documents require a second witness so please bring someone with you if this is the case.

Writers’ Group
Expand and develop the craft of writing in this supportive group. The group meets twice a month and encourages all levels and types of writing.
