How to Make a Reservation
Multiuse Buildings & Rooms
For recreation rentals or Heritage Senior Center rentals, contact the respective center directly.
Reservations for multiuse building rentals can be made in person or online at IrvingTX.gov/IrvingRec
An application and payment is required at the time of reservation and must be submitted online or in person to the Parks and Recreation Department at Jack D. Huffman Community Building, 801 W. Irving Blvd.
The use of alcoholic beverages, tobacco products, amplified music and/or live music is prohibited in multiuse buildings and recreation centers, with the exception of the Heritage Senior Center. Policies and procedures may vary depending on facility requested. For more detailed information, call (972) 721-2501. Failure to comply may result in immediate termination of the reservation and forfeiture of the deposit.
Picnic Facilities
Picnic pavilion reservations can be made in person or online at IrvingTX.gov/IrvingRec.
An application is required for all pavilion rentals. Fees must be paid in person at the Parks Department at Jack D. Huffman Community Building, 801 W. Irving Blvd., or online at IrvingTX.gov/IrvingRec

Athletic Fields
Athletic field reservations and fees can be made online at IrvingTX.govIrvingRec
Ball field reservations must be made at least three days in advance. Patrons may reserve once per week, from Sunday to Saturday. Reservations are made in one-hour increments with a two-hour maximum.
Reservations may only be used for practice or recreational play. Scrimmages, games and tournaments on practice fields are prohibited. To view game field policies and procedures, visit IrvingTX.gov/Athletics.

Multiuse Buildings & Rooms
Deposit: $100
Payment must be made in full at time of reservation for multiuse building rentals. Receive a 50% discount for Monday-Thursday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., reservations. Valid for both residents and nonresidents.
Tables and chairs are provided, though the quantities are approximate and may vary. The following buildings may be reserved by Irving residents and nonresidents for private functions and/or organizational meetings:

Restroom facilities are closed annually from Dec. 1 to April 1 to prevent freeze damage. Operational electrical outlets at pavilions are not guaranteed.
