Background After many years in Raymore, Debbie Snyder seeks to relocate her hair salon to her new home on 14th Street; she will be the sole stylist with no outside employees. A 200+ square foot room on the lower floor will be the location for the salon, where the necessary plumbing is available. The salon will have its own entrance through the garage and will feature a private bathroom.

Her home is a new, dark green two story house containing about 2,800+ square feet with a triple car garage accessed by a triple-wide driveway.

Generally, Ms. Snyder will operate the business only part-time, about 25 hours a week Monday through Saturday, and by appointment only. As Ms. Snyder has a long history of being a stylist, all of her State licenses are up to date.

The house was inspected and approved by the City Fire Inspection division on May 2nd, 2023.

4. The business license shall be applied for within 14 calendar days from the approval date.
