PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING On Tuesday, November 28th the Planning Commission approved the Healdsburg Residences Hotel located at 400 Healdsburg Avenue by a 4-2 vote. The Project consists of a 16-unit boutique hotel with 2- and 3-bedroom suites, with retail spaces and a restaurant/lobby lounge on the ground floor. Access will be provided to the off-street parking area via a one-way 12’ drive aisle accessed from Healdsburg Avenue. The Project includes 34 offstreet, valet-only parking spaces and two white curb (passenger loading zone) parallel parking spaces along Healdsburg Avenue.

TECH Clean California incentives for heat pump water heaters are now available.

Rebates for heat pump water heaters vary. The TECH Clean incentive is: $3,100 per system.

(Must use a participating TECH-enrolled contractor.)

Combine the TECH incentive with our Healdsburg Electric rebate and/or the federal tax incentive for even more savings!

A heat pump water heater is a type of home water heating system that uses electricity to move heat from one place to another, instead of generating heat directly. A heat pump water heater can be up to 2-3X more efficient than a conventional electric water heater.
