The City Council is seeking qualified applicants to fill one vacancy on the City of Healdsburg Planning Commission.
Members of the Planning Commission are required to: Attend two meetings per month
Reside within City limits of Healdsburg
Disclose economic interest as required by the Fair Political Reform Act and the Local Conflict of Interest Code; and Complete the required AB 1234 Ethics Training

CELEBRATE GUELAGUETZA IN HEALDSBURG
July 27, 2025 10:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
Healdsburg Plaza
Guelaguetza is the ultimate celebration of the Oaxacans. It is a celebration of culture, Indigenous roots, and mixed heritage, as well as the diversity of languages and beliefs, with the third Afro-Oaxacan root and the ancestral Muxe (LGBTQ+) community. Enjoy traditional dances from all eight regions of Oaxaca, performed by folkloric and Indigenous groups, with live music throughout the day. Surrounding the stage, explore stands offering authentic Oaxacan food, crafts, and community resources, including information on education, health, and more. Guelaguetza Sonoma County is free and family-friendly. Come experience Oaxaca's rhythm, flavor, and heart! This event is presented by Oaxaca Tierra del Sol, in collaboration with the City of Healdsburg.
2025 TUESDAYS IN THE PLAZA LINEUP!
Tuesdays in the Plaza continue Tuesday, July 29 with Roberta Donnay! Join us every Tuesday evening till August 26th in the Healdsburg Plaza for a season of unforgettable live music, community spirit, and summer fun. Starting at 5:00 pm, enjoy mouthwatering bites from a variety of local food vendors. Bring your friends, family, and picnic blankets—Tuesdays in the Plaza is free, fun, and open to all!

Bike and pedestrian improvements along Mill Street
Grove Street North (Dry Creek Road to Healdsburg Avenue)
Pavement repair and resurfacing along with bike and pedestrian improvements
Pavement Preventive Maintenance ( Various Locations)
Pavement repair and resurfacing of approximately twenty streets at various locations within the City.

Heat pump water heaters can efficiently heat water and heat pump HVAC systems can efficiently heat your home, as well as provide home cooling.
Take advantage of multiple rebates and incentives to upgrade your water heater and/or HVAC system to a heat pump!
City of Healdsburg Rebates
$500-2,000 for heat pump water heater and $500-2,000 for heat pump HVAC
TECH Clean California Rebates
$1,100-5,700 for heat pump water heater and $1,000-4,000 for heat pump HVAC (rebate amounts depend on equity eligibility; must use TECH-enrolled contractor)
Federal Tax Credits
Up to $2,000 for heat pump water heater or heat pump HVAC (ends 12/31/25!)
