As winter has arrived, I would like to remind you of some ways you can help keep our community safe and enjoyable for all who live and visit Delano. Snow season parking will be in effect from November 1, 2023, through April 1, 2024. This means there is no parking on any street, avenue, or alley between the hours of 2 AM - 7 AM, and vehicles in public parking lots may only park for a maximum of 24 hours. To ensure prompt fire assistance and mail delivery, please keep the areas around fire hydrants and your mailbox clear and remove snow and ice from sidewalks within 24 hours of each snow event. Our public works staff, firefighters, and mail carriers will appreciate it! There are many opportunities for you and your family to celebrate the season with us! Join our community for some festive cheer at some of the local events in December, including Light the Night and Delano's OldFashioned Christmas. I hope you will experience the wonder and joy of the season as you walk through and shop in our downtown which is brightly lit and decorated! Wishing you all Happy Holidays!

AED Stations The AED stations located in Riverfront and Central Park are both out of service for the winter months, starting Nov. 22. They will be made available again in the spring.
