Our plan for our collective future
The MyCoffs Community Strategic Plan (Plan) is owned by us, the community. Our plan sets out our long-term aspirations of the Coffs Harbour LGA and reflects our ambition for where we want to be in 10 years.
As residents, workers, visitors, business and land owners, Federal, State and local government, not-for-profit and community groups, it is our collective responsibility to drive the delivery of this Plan for the benefit of all. Our Plan addresses four key questions: ā Where are we now?
ā Where do we want to be in ten years’ time?
ā How will we get there?
ā How will we know when we have arrived?
By addressing these questions, we are clear in where we are heading, what we are doing and checking in to keep us on track. This is our blueprint to help us achieve our vision of the future
