ABIGAIL LOLLIS
Abigail is an artist that is currently based in Shiloh, Illinois. She has received her Bachelor of Fine Arts at the University of Missouri – Saint Louis May 2023. With a love for painting and new found interest in Monotype printmaking, she creates expressionist and some abstract pieces.
Human emotions are extremely complex. There is so much beneath the surface that others cannot see, feel, or even begin to understand. I am fascinated with a visual representation of what appears to be going on in a person’s mind. With the inclusion of many colors and disruption of lines, I feel as if so much can be said with mark making and hopefully the viewer sees it too.
