NOAH ENNIS Hello! My name is Noah Ennis, I am from Union, MO and I am currently in my last semester of undergrad at Truman State University. I am pursuing a degree in Agricultural Science with the hopes of going to vet school next year. Art has always been a passion of mine for as long as I can remember. I started creating acrylic pour paintings when I was in high school as a way for me to try something new and test my skills. I quickly fell in love with the style and almost five years later it still amazes me what I can create. Every single painting is unique and different from the next and that is one of the things I like most.
WELCOME TO THE ART EXHIBIT AT CITY HALL! The Art Exhibit at Chesterfield City Hall brings access and education to art within our community and features two-dimensional artwork, including mixed media, paintings and sculptures from established regional artists. Inside this guide, you will find artist bios, and a brief synopsis of the art on display.
I have picked up lots of different styles of pour paintings along the years and most of the things I create with are common house hold items. For example, I use my mom’s old hair dryer, an old comb, straws, and toothpicks to create various paintings, some of which are on display here! I love telling people about art and pour paintings in particular to try and get as many people interested in it as possible and give them something new to try!
City Hall will feature several Art Exhibits throughout the year, showcasing different artists and a variety of art styles. This Art Exhibit will be open Monday through Friday, October through December, from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, excluding holidays.

ERIN WILLIAMS Erin Williams is a Black artist and creative who specializes in drawing, abstract acrylics, and printmaking. She is currently pursuing an MFA in Illustration and Visual Culture program at Washington University in St. Louis. Her work has been featured in various newsletters and sites, and is showcased in several galleries online and in person across the country including the U.S. Botanic Garden and the Birmingham Botanical Gardens. From 2018-2021, she produced the podcast “In Which I Talk To Artists,” where she interviewed women artists about their work and inspiration.

ERIN MCGRATH RIEKE Erin McGrath Rieke (b. 1975) is an American interdisciplinary activist artist, designer, writer, musician, and producer who uses creative expression to engage the public with social and political issues. Her body of work fuses art, culture and participatory means to explore themes related to mental health, gender equality and education. Erin is best known for her bold abstract artworks, interactive installations and activism derived from her personal experience with issues dealing with mental health, gender violence, addiction and suicide.

Erin McGrath Rieke is the Owner of Just E Productions, Founder and Director of Curatorial and Program Development for Divinemoira Studio, the Visual Arts Ambassador for The Angel Band Project and an Advocacy Speaker and content writer for NAMI and numerous 12-Step groups. In conjunction with UN Women Executive Director Phumzile Mlambo-Ngcuka’s and UN Women Civil Society Advisory Group’s 16 Days of Activism, she created and manages the Still I Rise Campaign.

Erin is the recipient of The Humanitarian Award (St. Stephens, 2019), Volunteer of the Year Award (Angel Band Project, 2018), Best Interactive Exhibition (VAA, 2017), Evoke (RAC, 2017), and The Stephens-Maxim Award for Design (2018 and 2015). Notable accomplishments include: The Aria Rising Project (2014-present,) a traveling participatory installation where visitors leave handwritten messages of support for the survivors of gender based violence; Turbulence Behind Tranquility (2014-present,) a traveling experiential exhibit designed to destigmatize and facilitate education and awareness to the public on mental illness through visual, written and musical expression; participation in the One Voice (2018) performance before the United Nations General Assembly addressing gender equality; Still Living (2019) performance at the Sheldon Concert Hall and .ZACK Theater, using music and lyrics to address survival through trauma, and her Still I Rise (2016-2018) speech presented at universities and institutions around the Midwest.
