Kidz Corner Hours

Monday-Thursday...........8 a.m. to Noon & 4-8 p.m. Friday...................................8 a.m. to Noon Saturday............................. 8 a.m. to 11 a.m.

Kids ages 3 months to 10 years old can play for up to 2 hours per day. They will enjoy creating arts and crafts, interacting with other children, playing games, Xbox, movies and so much more! Space is available on first come, first served basis.

PERSONAL TRAINING

Whether your goal is to lose weight, increase strength, or improve endurance, our trainers will help develop a detailed exercise program and keep you motivated and focused, increase strength, improve endurance, or tone up!

Individual Personal Training Packages:

Small Group Training Packages (2-5 People):

PARTY & MEETING ROOM RENTALS

Three rooms will be available to rent for meeting space or for birthday parties. The room can be utilized for large groups or for smaller groups. Sound proof partitions give users the opportunity to change the room size depending on the event. Rental rates available soon!

FIT3D PROSCANNER

This innovative body scanner captures a 3D, 360 degree image of your body and extracts the most commonly used measurements to track fitness progress. The Fit3D web platform securely stores your scanned images and data allowing users to track their fitness progress by comparing side by side images of their body. Each member can take advantage of this program two times for free!

INBODY ANALYSIS

Essential in monitoring health, this machine allows you to clearly understand your muscle/fat distribution and where you need to focus on muscle development. Receive an easy to read results sheet. Each member can receive one free InBody Analysis. Additional scans can be purchased.

BIRTHDAY PARTIES

Birthday party packages will be available and include a variety of party themes and the option of items priced separately a for a one-stop party. More details to come.

Tired of being stuck inside on those cold winter nights? Join us at the Blue Springs Fieldhouse for our Indoor Snowball Hunt! Kids will receive their own snowball snacks and enjoy sensory activities. Bring your own bag so you can gather snowballs, prizes and candy! Hunt times are separated by age groups.
