MANAGED BY BLUE SPRINGS SCHOOL DISTRICT

Due to Covid-19 and Jackson County Guidelines we will be able to open our doors with some restrictions in place. We will still practice social distancing, will require you to sign in and out every time you visit our facilities, and we will be disinfecting every time a new wave of people come in. We will also be limiting our water aerobic classes to 18 participants per class. Lap swimming will be limited to 12 swimmers per hour.

A new procedure will be that each person wanting to attend water aerobics or lap swim will be required to call ahead and reserve a spot. If you are wanting to attend multiple classes be sure to sign up for each class. We will start taking reservations every Thursday.

LAP SWIM TIMES

North: Monday-Friday 6-8 p.m. South: Monday-Friday 7 a.m.-Noon

WATER AEROBICS

North: 6-7 p.m. (Tue/Thurs) type of class to be determined South: 8-11:30 a.m. ( Monday-Friday) Type of class to be determined

SWIM LESSONS

Session 1: June 7-17 (10-12 p.m. at North Aquatic Center) or (7-8 p.m. at South Aquatic Center) Session 2: June 21-July 1(10-12 p.m. at North Aquatic Center) or (7-8 p.m. at South Aquatic Center) Session 3: July 5-15 (10-12 p.m. at North Aquatic Center) or (7-8 p.m. at South Aquatic Center) Session 4: July 19-29 (10-12 p.m. North Aquatic Center) or (7-8 p.m. South Aquatic Center)

Swim Lesson Classes will be one on one with an instructor in a private lesson setting but at a group price.

SHARKS SWIM TEAM

This is a recreation swim team for ages 6 to 18. The only requirement is that you can swim 1 length of the pool without stopping.

The focus is stroke technique and having fun. There will be swim meets just not sure how it will look this year due to Covid. A great way to exercise, meet new friends, and have fun this summer. Call the Aquatic Centers for more details and how to sign up.

KANSAS CITY SWIM ACADEMY

A competitive club swim team that focuses on stroke technique, fun and a year around experience. Call the Aquatic Centers for more details.

Pool Rentals (private parties):

Saturday, 1:00 - 5:00 p.m. & Sunday, 12:00 - 4:00 p.m. Reservations are required.

DATES WE WILL BE CLOSED: March 13-21, closed for Spring Break April 2-4, for Easter May 31, for Memorial Day
