This program is geared for singles ages 60 and older. Participants meet at various restaurants in Blue Springs for dinner and fellowship. Enjoy clean, quiet, and close-to-home places to eat, laugh and get to know one another.

This exciting 10-week program will help you meet your personal goals. Participants will interact weekly with speakers on topics such as exercise, nutrition, falls & prevention, financial management & planning, socialization, volunteering, medication and sleep improvement. We can help you set and reach goals to improve your retirement experiences! A light meal will be served before each class. Participants must attend 8 out of the 10 classes.

Gain strength and flexibility even as you grow older. This exercise program will be geared towards older adults to grow and maintain muscle strength. This class meets weekly for 6 – weeks.

Experience this gentle, meditative exercise, which is low-to-no impact. It’s both relaxing and energizing. This class is excellent for stressrelief, improved memory and concentration, as well as overall physical and mental health. Students follow video instructor.
