Keynote: Win the Battle Against Burnout I almost lost everything to burnout, so I know what you are experiencing. You are fighting and losing the war with burnout - and I mean losing spectacularly. This is no surprise to you because you feel it: the fatigue, the overwhelm, the hopelessness. Welcome to the club, you are not alone. Burnout is an enemy that is constantly stalking you, trying to destroy everything that matters. It steals your capacity for the deeper things in life and leaves you just trying to survive each day. Unfortunately, losing this battle doesn't just affect you. It is already hurting the people you care about the most. Your coworkers have noticed your sharp edges coming out. Your team is carrying your stress. Your family gets the worst version of you. All of them deserve better. You deserve better. Let's talk about a new way to define burnout and the surprising key to winning the battle against burnout.

Breakout #1

How to Create a Growth Culture

(Recommended for Supervisors or Potential Supervisors) Throughout your organization are "The Carls". The Carls are the people who desperately need to grow and don't realize it. They create more problems between departments and people and are blissfully unaware of the chaos they generate. No one wants to work with them, so they work around them. You've tried everything you can to get your Carl to change. Let's talk about the key to getting your Carls moving. You have the ability to inspire change and growth all around you, but it will begin with you. It will require commitment, leadership, and consistency. There is hope for Carl and there is hope for you too.

Breakout #2 The Silver Bullet for Leadership Success The average version of all of us is unintentionally doing damage to the people we lead, and it's our responsibility to choose how we will lead. If we don't choose, other things will choose for us — stress, fear, and burnout. Being a successful leader requires you to choose how you show up as a leader. During this breakout session, we'll do a simple exercise that will help develop your leadership health and give you practical tools to help your team thrive.

Will Baggett Breakout #1

Breakout #2 Public Speaking Workshop Whether you're presenting to City Council, leading a team meeting, speaking with the citizens of Belton, or simply sharing ideas in the workplace, strong communication skills can make a difference in how you are received. This interactive workshop is designed to help participants become more confident, engaging, and effective communicators. Learn practical techniques for managing nervousness, organizing your message, connecting with your audience, and delivering presentations with confidence and authenticity. Through hands-on activities and real-world tips, you'll leave with tools you can immediately apply in both your professional and personal life.

Keynote: The power of Showing Up Every role matters. The way they show up impacts the people around them. This session helps employees understand that excellence is not only about the task. It is also about attitude, communication, accountability, emotional intelligence, and the daily choices that create stronger service. Through Will Baggett’s high-energy storytelling and practical approach, attendees will learn how to bring more presence, professionalism, and purpose to their work. This session focuses on helping every employee feel seen, valued, and equipped to build stronger relationships with coworkers, residents, and the communities they serve.
