This support group is for those who care for family members or loved ones with Huntington's Disease. Focus is given to caregiver burnout and self-care in addition to Huntington's Disease problem solving. Please note, this support group meets quarterly. For Broomfield residents 60+ who are unable to cook their own meals, and individuals younger than age 60 with a medical referral. Caregiving family members who reside at the same address may also qualify. Fresh meals are delivered at lunchtime to your home. Frozen Meals are available for weekends and holidays. Menus are provided monthly; you choose the meals you would like delivered. Financial assistance is available for those who qualify thanks to the Senior Resources of Broomfield Support Fund.
