Audubon began the subsurface debris removal process with a contribution from the FPRA and DEP approval has been obtained.

Audubon must meet the following deadlines for Phase I as outlined in the agreement:

• Closing date: April 7, 2022 (date deed recorded in OR Book 4804, Page 2930) COMPLETE

• Deadline to submit application for building permit: August 22, 2022 COMPLETE

• Commence construction of Phase 1: February 17, 2023.

• Complete construction of Phase 1: July 7, 2025.

October 2022 Update

The City of Fort Pierce and Fort Pierce Redevelopment Agency entered into an Agreement for the Purchase and Development of Fisherman’s Wharf with Pierce 1 Marina, LLC on August 16, 2021. The first amendment to further extend the deadline for the City to cure the title objections and survey objections was executed on March 21, 2022. The City now anticipates that it will need additional time beyond September 1, 2022 to cure the objections. This second amendment will extend the City's deadline to March 1, 2023.

AMI contract amendment has been approved. Staff has coordinated with the supplier for the remaining material required to complete project. Supplier has placed material list into production queue for partial delivery in calendar year 2022. Supply chain issues continue to cause delay resulting in partial delivery.

Lincoln Park Smart Neighborhood has completed all conduit installation. FPUA crews are currently adjusting poles as needed to underground transition of fiber system. Currently, fiber cable is expected for delivery in November. Fiber is projected to be completed in April 2023 pending any additional supply chain delays.
