CEO/Founder

Sage Life Coaching & Consulting

Stephanie Clancy has spent 30 years in the banking industry, most recently serving as Senior Vice President and Head of Compliance for Flagstar Bank. She has led teams through transformative changes — from successful integrations and core conversions to building out processes, risk management programs, and guiding colleagues to grow in their own careers. Throughout her career, she has been known not only for solving complex problems but also for helping people discover their strengths and advance professionally.

In 2025, Stephanie earned her certification as a professional coach and has recently launched SAGE Life Coaching & Consulting, where she focuses on helping leaders and organizations pair results-driven execution with the relational skills that inspire teams and build trust. Her passion lies in mentoring emerging leaders and supporting organizations as they define success on their own terms.

Stephanie’s leadership philosophy is simple yet powerful: treat all people as peers, regardless of their role or title. Grounded in respect, curiosity, and a beginner’s mindset, she has evolved from a results-at-all-costs leader into one who values the journey of collaboration, shared ownership, and personal growth. That shift, she believes, is the breakthrough that turns progress into profound, lasting impact.

Stephanie also serves as a mentor and events committee member with the MOXXIE Mentoring Foundation and has served on nonprofit boards including Colonial Youth and Family Services and Angels of Long Island, organizations that reflect her commitment to community impact.

Beyond her professional life, Stephanie is the youngest of five siblings, a devoted aunt and wife, and a proud mom to two boys, ages nine and five, who remind her daily that courage is built by doing hard things for the first time. Whether encouraging her children to step into new experiences or stepping into entrepreneurship herself, she embraces the same bravery, resilience, and joy in discovery.

Born and raised on the South Shore of Long Island, Stephanie enjoys spending time on and in the water, where she finds both grounding and inspiration. She is also an avid gardener, selfproclaimed houseplant hoarder, enthusiastic reader, and mindfulness practitioner.

Her guiding mantra comes from Stevie Nicks: “Don’t be a lady, be a legend.”

In January 2026, Natale will be named the second executive director of Moxxie Mentoring Foundation, succeeding the organization’s founding executive director Beth Meixner. Natale is also a proud five-year mentee of Moxxie programming.
