Arc Glow is a private, not-for-profit organization committed to assisting individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities (I/DD) in reaching their full potential. Established by parents and friends of people with I/DDs, Arc Glow provides services to individuals with various disabilities, including autism, cerebral palsy, Down syndrome, epilepsy, and neurological conditions.
The not-for-profit organization needed to make enhancements in their financial operations to facilitate informed decision making based on precise and current reports.

• Arc Glow's budgeting process required multiple Excel worksheets and manual recalculations.
• There was a lack of participation and visibility into the budgeting process among leadership.
• There was no formal forecasting cadence due to the extensive labor effort.

• Citrin Cooperman incorporated Vena, a cloud-based solution, into existing procedures to enhance the not-for-profit organization’s operational efficiency.

OUR TEAM’S ROLE:
Citrin Cooperman was tasked with deploying Vena, a corporate performance management (CPM) software that would revolutionize the finance department’s performance.
• A faster, accurate and efficient budgeting process was established.
• Profit and loss, balance sheet, and cash flow reports are produced daily.
• Cash flow reporting process is automated.
• Vena, NetSuite, and Ceridian are seamlessly interconnected, enabling automatic data synchronization among the three systems.
