Citavis plays a pivotal role in the development of the area surrounding the National Monument. This project is triggered by the existence of 13 BUMN assets that will be redeveloped by the moving of capital city. Citavis involves in formulating a visionary plan and urban design strategies to transform this area into a prominent business district.

A dynamic 5-hectare commercial venture in the heart of Jakarta, encompassing a blend of commercial and retail spaces. The centerpiece of this development is a lush urban park, serving as the vibrant core of Kota Peruri. The development is further distinguished by its inclusion of an office tower, MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferencing, Exhibitions) facilities, and a community hub, making it a multifaceted destination for business, leisure, and social interaction.

Mamberamo Technopolis in Papua is set to become a future hub for green industrial and green energy hub. The site is a 30,000-hectare development consist of industrial, residential, and tourism areas. In collaboration with PLN Enjiniring and Universitas Indonesia, this project aims to create a sustainable and economically vibrant ecosystem, pioneering in energy solutions and community development

Winning First Place in the master plan competition for Trisakti University. This master plan is a step for Trisakti University to evolve into a global campus. It embodies the vision of Trisakti Park City, developing a campus that is in harmony with nature while still retaining the urban character of Trisakti. Our design achieved dual accolades, securing both the first place and the favorite entry titles.

Developing the vision established in the preliminary package. It delves into more specific design elements, considering factors such as infrastructure provision, land condition, and accessibility . Duration: 8-12 weeks

Initial vision and visualization that aligns with the client's aspirations and needs, which setting the direction for subsequent phases. Duration: 2-4 weeks Optional Scope:  Initial Market Study

Urban Design Guidelines

Detailed Master Plan The guideline of implementation. This document will maintain coherence and consistency of the design intention. It offers clear directives for the implementation of the master plan for owner and user. Duration: 8-12 weeks

Includes a thorough and comprehensive fine-tuning on land uses. This package will have in-depth study of the infrastructures and land condition to ensure the buildability, feasibility, and viability. Duration: 12-16 weeks Optional Scope:  Feasibility Study  Infrastructure  Transportation

Aryo gained more than 15 years of experience at renowned international consultancies, including Townland and AECOM. Aryo has spearheaded a diverse array of projects. His leadership extends from project inception to delivery, collaborating with various clients to bring strategic visions to life.

As the Secretary General of the Indonesian Institute of Urban Designers (IARKI), Aryo plays a pivotal role in developing the urban design practices in Indonesia. Leadership | Strategic Design | Client Relations

With over eight years of experience as an urban designer, Wira brings a wealth of knowledge from his Master of Urbanism degree from TU Delft, Netherlands. His expertise spans both consultancy and client perspectives, including a tenure at a prominent State-Owned Enterprise in Indonesia.

Ardian Wiratama Co-Founder, Senior Urban Designer

Wira also plays a key role at Citavis as the Manager of Operations, overseeing critical aspects of project implementation and company strategy. Operation | Digital Urban Design | Collaboration

Adityantari brings over eight years of expertise in Urban Design and Architecture, excelling in managing a wide range of projects and fostering multidisciplinary collaboration for innovative and sustainable results. Holding a Master's degree in Urban and Regional Planning from the University of Sydney, she blends academic insight with practical experience.
