CANCELATION POLICY Please note that a cancelation fee equal to the 30% of the full participation fee, will be applied to anyone who cancels their application before March 18th.

Anyone who cancels after this date, will be charged with the full participation fee

HOW TO PAY? All payments will be done through National /Promotional Associations

We will send each NA/PA an invoice for the participants of each Chapter We will need confirmation for all registered participants from their NA/PA.

If you’re not going to be funded by your NA/PA, please contact your NA/PA secretary regarding your payment If you’re funded by your NA/PA, Please note all registration is based on Double Room occupancy. If requesting a Single Room, the participant will be charged the additional fee by their national secretary.

TRAVELING INFORMATION CLOSEST AIRPORT (MID) Manuel Crescencio International Airport (Located 8.1 km away from the venue around 25 mins)

SHUTTLE For your convenience there will be a shuttle from/to Manuel Crescencio International Airport to/from the hotel (Costs and schedules will be announced on infopack 2)

TRAVELING SCHEDULE When buying your flight tickets, we gently ask you to take into consideration the following schedule: ARRIVAL: April 13th, before 20:00

DO YOU NEED A VISA? Please check with your national authorities and with the Mexican Embassy in your country to find out if you need a visa in addition to your passport to come to Mexico.

DEPARTURE: April 17th, after 10:00 Do not buy your flight tickets until your registration is confirmed

We encourage you to book refundable or flexible tickets, as the CISV Travel Insurance will not cover cancellations due to COVID-19

Adult Legal Form (for adult participants) Child Traveling Alone Form (for minors) IJB-LIF (for AJBM participants)

COVID-19

BRING TO THE RTF:

Negative COVID-19 Test (you will need to get a COVID-19 test, no more than 48 hours before your arrival)

COVID-19 SAFETY

Apart from the National and Local health recommendations, we will be following the latest version of the CISV Getting Ready for Covid-Safer Programmes and events guidelines (Masks will be required)
