Mediterranean Neighbourhood November and December were all about Med Nights, the first neighbourhood workshop for this region. Last preparations, emails, time spent with family. Some JBers were quite busy with exams, but all in all we were excited for the upcoming event. More details in the article below! In the meantime there was a small competition going on between the Med countries: who gets the most like on our neighbourhood facebook page. The deadline was 31st December and the winner was Algeria. But honestly saying, everyone did a great job, because in the end we reached more than 600 likes and the EJB Team page might be in danger. Big thanks to the Medhood for making this months exciting and full of surprises!

It’s still a lot of time until Go East, but every day we’re more and more excited. Content staff is working hard to make this Go East the best ever, and we really think they will be very successful. Stay tuned for Infopack 2, with a lot of cool information, and finally an introduction of our lovely home staff. Also, you know that applications deadline is January 15th, so apply as soon as possible, or you might be late. You already know the drill: if you’re from CEE coutries, talk to your NJR...if not, go here: http://bit.ly/14bfPXI
We organized the Baltic workshop in December that was quite a huge success. We are hoping to continue with this tradition and have another Baltic hosted next year. For now our focus is the NICE weekend only. Group of staff has been formed in december and will be announced soon. We are still looking for participants for this fabulous event. Some of the NJR have changed so we are changing all mailing lists and other channels to get the fresh young blood as involved as possible. Otherwise December is of course the time to be spend with family and friends and get some rest so that is what we did as well. We will be having our next skype meeting in January in fresh and beautiful new year 2014. We hope it will be juicy and successful for all!
Not to forget: we want to thank to all NJRs who finished their term in November, and also welcome all new NJRs, we can’t wait to get to know you better.
