DUAL CREDIT Pathways to a Brighter Tomorrow Dual credit allows high school and homeschool students to get college credit while in high school and at a discounted tuition rate. Students can earn credit hours for transfer to a university (sometimes even earning an associate degree) or work to earn a certificate in a highdemand technical or healthcare related field. Dual credit gets the student a head start on a degree and saves students and families significant money in college tuition.

ACHIEVEMENT SCHOLARSHIP Cisco College Achievement Scholarship Cisco College offers the $2,000 Achievement Scholarship to graduating seniors of high schools that are Dual Credit partners with Cisco College. The purpose of the scholarship is to reward high school graduates for achieving this milestone, and give them an incentive to begin their post-secondary education.
Requirements: The student must be enrolled full-time at Cisco College. The student must maintain a 2.0 GPA to Qualify. Ask your high school counselor for more information about the scholarship.

BARBER Career Skills & Functions Must have strong attention to detail, good communication skills, and a commitment to client service and professionalism. Must demonstrate knowledge of men’s grooming techniques including shear cutting, fading, straight razor shaving, and beard shaping, as well as women’s hair cutting, styling, and coloring. A career as a barber will involve client consultations, maintaining safety and sanitation standards, and managing appointment scheduling and retail product sales.
